- We don’t use artificial colours, artificial fragrance, harsh chemicals and fillers. Vishara products are free from SLS, parabens and other known carcinogens.
- All products are from vegetable origin.
- There might be slight changes in colour and size of products which are not product flaws. These variations are inherent in manufacturing of handmade products.
- We normally take 3 to 5 business days to ship your order. This timeline may increase during Sale/Offer/festive season or due to any other unforeseen circumstances.

- We ship products all over the world and we process the international orders in 3-10 business days. Please note that the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY OR VAT FEES imposed by your country. Vishara.in has no control over any additional fees or taxes your country may impose on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an "importer"). We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional duties or fees, but in the rare circumstance that this occurs, a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
- All items, once dispatched, are considered sold and will NOT be liable for cancellation. You may cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched from our end. However, modification of orders is subject to availability of the re-requested products. Refunds, if any, upon cancellation prior to dispatch will be processed within 7 to 10 business days depending on the mode of payment. Once order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Vishara® reserves the right to cancel (without explanation or reason) any order placed online despite the payment being accepted. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing and information or misprint. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order within 45 working days we will initiate a refund. In case we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.
- Vishara.in reserves the right to make changes to the terms, conditions, and disclaimers as it deems necessary without giving prior notice to its customers or visitors to the website.
