1. Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during transit or quality issues with the product. The customer is required to email us at care@vishara.in within 2 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, name, address, and date of delivery with a brief description of the issue in the email for our understanding.
  2. The products must be returned with the original receipt intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition (except in transit damage cases) and subject to terms listed as follows.
  3. Returns and exchange requests will be subject to verification by Vishara® and the decision made by Vishara® in such cases is final.
  4. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  5. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  6. Irrespective of the reason for return (transit damage/quality issues), an order is not eligible for refund once it is delivered. Only exchanges can be made for the invoice value in place of the returned products.
  7. We cannot entertain returns/exchanges for international orders due to logistical issues. However, only in cases of damage during transit, Vishara® will replace the product at no extra cost provided an email is sent to care@vishara.in with images of the damage within 2 days of delivery. Replacement of the product may take up to 30 days depending on availability of stock and time for delivery.
